Academia is a very exciting and complex area where all those involved are exposed to knowledge, networking, and a variety of goals. However, it can be very, very challenging.
The workshop aims to show some of the mental health-related issues that can be faced when one is interested in pursuing an academic career, as well as the emotional element of that decision and, more importantly, some tricks to overcome those problems.
