We are proud to extend a call to PhD students and Early Stage Researcher (up to 4 years from the beginning of a scientific career, including doctoral studies) from the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology and other institutes of BAS for the upcoming MILIEU doctoral school that willl take place in July in Madrid and Escorial.
The main goal of the summer school is to provide the young colleagues with the opportunity to develop and improve their knowledge in three main areas: (1) to acquire basic knowledge on disability, inclusion and inequalities and ways in which they can be integrated and rethought within a plethora of various research topics; (2) to develop practical and creative skills such as writing abstracts, applying for conferences and grants for research stays, planning and managing a doctoral thesis, creative writing, etc.; (3) to present and debate projects and ideas in an international environment and to establish contacts for the future development of their scientific career.
The summer school will take place in Madrid from 12 to 16 July and includes two days of travel (12 and 16 July) and three days of summer school in Escorial (13, 14 and 15 July). Travel expenses, accommodation (4 nights) and food will be provided by the organizers.

The application deadline is March 25 (Friday incl.). All approved candidates will receive an email with a registration form by March 30, 2022.
